• First, we request that you fill out the Matrix Form and return it to the address indicated on the form.

• We also advise that you take a look at the Matrix Instructions and the Matrix Spreadsheet just so you have an idea what the process entails. Determine whether or not you have the information necessary to complete the survey, and if the subject headings are appropriate for your repository.

• Once you have been approved as a partner, you are welcome to get started filling out your survey (the Matrix Spreadsheet above).
